Order Processing at KEEN Footwear: Official KEEN Site

We process and ship all orders from within the United States, operating Monday through Friday except on holidays. If you place your order before our daily cutoff time, it will typically be shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order leaves our facility, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the United States, depending on your location. Please be aware these delivery times are estimates and are controlled by the carrier; KEEN Footwear cannot guarantee or expedite delivery once packages are in transit.

Shipping Options and Fees

  • Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders over $125 within the US.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you require faster delivery.
  • Shipping costs for orders under $125 are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Larger items cannot be shipped to PO boxes due to size and shipping restrictions; smaller items can generally be shipped to PO boxes without issue.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your tracking information does not update for more than 5 business days, please contact KEEN Footwear for assistance. We will investigate potential delays on our end, as packages may sometimes be held at processing hubs temporarily.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We can generally accommodate changes if your package has not yet shipped. Once your order is in transit, any delivery updates must be coordinated directly with the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before opening the entire shipment and notify KEEN Footwear within 7 days. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund according to your preference.
