Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.
Footwear must be in new, unworn condition with no heavy dirt, scuffs, or damage.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Return Your Order

Visit the returns portal on the KEEN Footwear website.
Enter your order number to start the process.
Print your prepaid return shipping label if your order was shipped within the lower 48 states. This label is valid for 30 days.

If your order was shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. outlying areas, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Free return shipping is provided to customers within the lower 48 states via a prepaid label supplied by KEEN Footwear. The return label remains valid for 30 days from issuance.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned package, our warehouse team will inspect and process it within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify KEEN Footwear within 7 days of delivery by using the contact form on our website. Including a photo of the issue will help speed up your replacement or refund. You may choose to receive a replacement or a full refund.
